Definitely a secret to be located by any visitor to cuneo

Siamo stati ospiti diverse volte del saloon, sia di sera per una pizza che a pranzo come ristorante. Abbiamo festeggiato il battesimo del nostro bimbo, ottima qualità prezzo! Il menù alla carta molto vario, possibilità di scelta tra carne pesce pizza e hamburger, qualsiasi cosa tu decidi di mangiare non sbagli. Consiglio anche gli aperitivi, con taglieri abbondanti e vari. Ottimi i dolci, soprattutto il tarantaschese. Offrono alimenti anche senza glutine e lattosio su richiesta.

Ho provato la pizza Gemelli ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa: impasto leggero e ben cotto, ingredienti freschi e abbinamenti riuscitissimi. La metà con radicchio, pancetta è saporita ma una intera sarebbe troppo quindi ecco quella con bresaola, insalata e pomodorini che è fresca e bilanciata. Una pizza diversa dal solito, davvero buona. Consigliata!

Lungo la statale per cuneo c'è questo posticino che definire semplicemente "risto pub" è un po' limitativo. Nonostante qualche problema con l'ordine dovuto a qualche incomprensione tra camerieri e cucina, abbiamo ricevuto dei piatti ottimi, cucinati con cura e con porzioni abbondanti. E nel frattempo abbiamo visto passare pizze e hamburger dall'aspetto molto interessante. Il servizio è stato cortese e non mi sento di abbassare le stelle per un intoppo di una sera (come troppa gente fa senza comprendere cosa significhi lavorare nella ristorazione). Anzi torneremo per assaggiare pizza e hamburger sicuramente. Molto consigliata la prenotazione poiché il locale non è molto grande ma la qualità richiama sempre molta gente.
